Kuwait Career Forum Keynote Speech By Dr. Mubashar Riaz Sheikh, the UN Resident Coordinator & UNDP Resident Representative

According to UNICEF, youth ends at 24 or at 32 if you are applying for the Young Professional Program in the UN or in the World Bank. Anyway, memories from youth are still fresh in my mind and always will be. So I am really grateful to the organizers and you all for giving me this opportunity and to feel young again, at least while I am here.
